Our culture is defined by genuine, mutual support—we are a group of professionals who truly enjoy each other’s company and believe that a well-supported therapist provides the best care. Full-Time Therapist

  • We offer 1099 contractor positions with a competitive fee split, which means you do your own taxes, manage your own schedule (freedom!), and you do not have any overhead (such as rent).

    • APC, LMSW, or AMFT licenses are preferred, but other licensures and levels will be considered.

    • Full-time commitment is approximately 20 clinical hours per week and requires time to build up caseload.

    • Must have evening availability at least two days per week.

    • Experience with or open to being trained to work with children, families, and/or reunification therapy.

    • Must be excited to support and educate outside of the office, meaning participate in community outreach, leading CEs for professionals, speaking engagements, and networking.

    • Are drawn to understanding the 'why' behind behaviors and want to hone your lens on how early relationships shape adult lives.

    • Value depth over speed. You aren’t looking for 'quick-fix' manuals. You want to learn the art of being a warm, present, and attuned therapist for a broad range of client concerns.

    • Are a 'Social Professional.' You value collaboration and enjoy a workplace where therapists actually talk to each other, share resources, and grab coffee between sessions.

    • Are relationally mature. You understand that the most powerful tool in the room is the therapeutic relationship, and you are eager to do the personal and professional work to sharpen that tool.

  • Part of our mission is to create a learning and growing atmosphere for the next generation of therapists. Our interns rotate throughout the year and typically start in the spring, summer, and fall semesters. We accept resumes two months prior to term and are currently accepting resumes.

  • Choosing an internship site is about more than just checking off hours; it’s about forming your identity as a clinician. At Rise we offer a unique bridge between academic theory and deep clinical practice.

Because our work is rooted in attachment across the lifespan, you won’t just learn how to manage symptoms—you’ll learn how to understand the human story. You’ll be immersed in a social, high-warmth environment where 'open door' policies are real, with office hours dedicated to consultation and mentorship from our leadership.

    • Must be in a counseling, social work, or MFT masters programs

    • Must have evening availability at least 2 days a week
