Assessments
Why Use Assessments?
Georgia Senate Bill 319 provides the amendment to include “diagnose” within the scope of a Licensed Professional Counselor’s practice. With this addition, we at Rise Therapy Center have invested in the purchase and training of educational, behavioral, and emotional assessments as an offered service. This service is an additional fee to that of individual therapy and looks at areas of family, school, peer, and authority relationship incongruence to determine if presenting concerns fall within the criteria of specific disorders.
In conjunction with behavior observations, talk therapy, caregiver/teacher/collateral reports, and assessment data, our therapists are able to build clear and evidenced reports to families and individuals looking for educational, behavioral, and emotional support.
Assessment Pricing:
Tier 1: Social & Emotional
(ADHD, ASD, Sensory, Depression, Anxiety, etc.): $500
Tier 2: Social, Emotional, Academic, & Behavioral
(Brief IQ, Learning Difference Screeners, Processing, etc): $1000
