Cristine Seidell is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Founder and Clinical Director of Rise Therapy Center. Her work is rooted in the belief that many of the patterns we struggle with in adulthood began as intelligent adaptations to our earliest experiences of attachment, belonging, safety, and identity.

Drawing from her background in childhood development, attachment, trauma, and ego development, Cristine helps clients explore what she describes as the Root of Rupture—the early experiences and relational patterns that can separate us from our authentic sense of self. Her approach moves beyond symptom management to understand not only what a person is experiencing, but where the pattern began, what it once protected, and what is needed for lasting integration.

Cristine specializes in complex and treatment-resistant presentations and works with adults, couples, and families who may feel they have gained insight through traditional therapy but continue to experience deeply rooted emotional or relational patterns. Her work integrates developmental and attachment-focused therapy with inner child work, hypnotherapy, experiential approaches, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
